Sometimes, things are just too raw, too personal to talk to someone else. So where can I find strength?

These small booklets offering strength, help and healing are available for free to those who are hurting and in need of them.
Topics range from Overcoming Everyday Anxiety to dealing with Depression, Abuse, Grief, Financial Stress, Addictions, Dementia and Suicide.
Check out the resource rack in the main hall on the first floor, just inside the southeast courtyard entrance.
